SHIPPING AND HANDLINGThe customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared or until the order is received. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable in the event a part must be returned.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGESParts returns must be received within 30 days of the invoice date. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Parts not picked up within 30 days will also be subject to a 25% restocking fee. The following parts/charges are non-refundable:
- Electrical Parts
- Installed Parts
- Shipping and handling charges
SPECIAL ORDER PARTSAll special-order parts must be paid for in advance of ordering. Please note additional charges may be incurred after the part is received.
SALES TAX
Sales tax is charged on all in-state orders as required by law. A completed physical copy of the Iowa Sales Tax Exempt form must be completed before sales tax can be removed from any invoice for any reason. Please click here for the sales tax exempt form.

Mistakenly posted prices and/or options on the website do not obligate us to those incorrect prices and/or options. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone for any reason.
EQUIPMENT SALES DEPOSIT
With a $500.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit, we will hold a piece of equipment for up to two weeks from the date the deposit is received. If the balance is not paid within this period, the deposit will be forfeited and the equipment will be made available to others.
Deposits serve the important purpose of holding the equipment specifically for you and either removing the equipment from our available equipment for sale or removing the equipment from our rental fleet. This ensures that the equipment you are interested in remains exclusively set aside for you.
